Summertime is here and in many homes that means golf season! The PGA Championship starts today so Lori and I thought it was a perfect time to try out our new ALEX Mini Golf set.

ALEX Toys Mini Golf

Lori was so excited to open it up and see all the adorable circus themed pieces. Setting it up was super easy – she just fit the bases into their stands and she was ready to play… fore!

She can use some work on her form, but she had SO much fun playing mini golf. Look how proud she was every time she got the ball in the “hole.”

Clean up was quick. Lori took the pieces apart and fit them all neatly back into the storage bag. She was ready to head back inside after a long day on the green!

Lori had such a fun time learning to play mini-golf. Aside from gaining a new skill, this game taught her to be patient and persistent, and it also boosted her self-confidence!

Just like real golf, wind can be a challenge. It turned out to be a very windy day, which made it difficult to maintain the course that Lori worked hard on setting up. My advice on bad weather days is to bring the game inside. All of the pieces are made of a super-soft & safe EVA material so you won’t have to worry about anything fragile getting broken.

Now that she knows how to play mini golf, we can invite friends over to join us. The set comes with 6 fun “holes” made of soft, safe foam, 4 soft balls and 2 foam golf clubs – plenty to go around. You can even play indoors!

Do you having a budding Tiger Woods or Michelle Wie at home? Share photos and stories of your little caddy on the ALEX Facebook page.

Here’s why this product is a hole-in-one:

  • Encourages patience and boosts self confidence
  • Great for indoor and outdoor play
  • Set-up and clean-up can be done entirely by child
  • Fun for individual and group play
